Disclaimer
This is a blog.
In point of fact, it’s my blog.
When I write, I am giving my opinion. I happen to be a solicitor, so almost inevitably I will sometimes be giving a legal opinion.
This is not the same as giving legal advice.
My opinion is just an opinion. There will be others.
Moreover, I am usually writing based on publicly available facts. There may be other information which would change my view, but which I do not have.
I may be misinformed. I may simply be wrong.
Blog posts are no substitute for legal advice.
If you have a legal problem you should take independent legal advice from a qualified professional lawyer. Click here to visit the Law Society’s website, where my trade union will tell you why you should use one of my comrades.
Don’t bother asking me for legal advice via this blog (unless you want to hire me as a lawyer, in which case feel free to contact me to discuss it!).
If, having read this disclaimer, you still choose to use anything I’ve written as a substitute for legal advice – congratulations, you are the 1%. The nice men in white coats will be along shortly to take you away.
